Brennan turned 19!

We celebrated Brennan's birthday by

going out to dinner at Ruby River Steakhouse.

It was just Kevin, Brennan, Rylee and I because

Tayler was on a date for the Saydi Hawkins Dance.

September

September brought Brennan's Mission Call!!! He was called to the

Culiacan, Mexico Mission. He leaves for the MTC on January 13th.

Some of Brennan's friends came over to watch while he opened his

mission call. It was such an exciting time.

August

We played in a soccer tournament in mid August. We took 3rd place! We should have won it. The girls played so well.

August brought the start of the High School Soccer Season and of course

the start of the new school year. Hunter did quite well this year and Rylee won the starting goalie spot on the Varsity Team! Then she had a season ending injury. She was kicked square in the head in the Skyline game and received a very bad concussion.

July

Well as you can see I have not kept the Blog up very well. I will try to do a quick catch up and will try to keep it up from now on. With Brennan going away I want everyone to be able to keep updated on how he is doing.

In July we went to Kansas to visit Grandma and Grandpa John. Brennan was going to school so he was unable to g0 with us. He stayed home and took care of the animals. We went to the zoo while we were there and we also went mini golfing down by the river.

Brennan Graduates High School and Seminary

We went to Brennan's High School Graduation last Friday. I can't believe he is finally graduating. He graduated from Seminary on Sunday and then High School on Friday. He graduated with Honors and will be finishing up his Associates Degree this summer before leaving on his mission.

Rylee Graduates Jr. High

Rylee graduated from Jr. High School. She earned the Presidential Award for academics and citizenship. She also earned the Kiowana's Leadership Award and The Dance Award for going above and behond. I can't believe my baby is going to High School!!!

Congratulations Brennan!!!

We went to Brennan's Senior Awards banquet last week. Brennan received another Letter for soccer this year. He also received an Academic Letter, Academic All State for Soccer, Hunter High Schools Male Scholar Athlete of the Year, The Army gave him a National Scholar Athlete award, he received a Service to your school award and Diploma of Merits in Science, Social Studies, Math, and Athletics. Way to go bud!!! We are so proud of you!!!!

School Year Winding Down

The School Year is winding down. I can't believe how fast this year went. Brennan will be graduating on June 5th. Dance is over for a few weeks and soccer is winding down too. Yea here comes summer!!!

Brennan and Tayler went to Senior Ball last weekend. They were in different groups. They never have been in the same group and now Brennan is graduating. Oh well maybe they will double date sometime. They both had a great time.

Our Blog

I thought it would be a good idea to start a blog for our family since it won't be to far off in the future that Brennan will be leaving on his mission. It will be a good way to keep everyone up to date on how he is doing and also what our family is up to.
